GitHub Conversations

Pull requests are a mechanism that allow teams to collaborate and communicate with each other about changes made to code. Before the Conversations tool launched, half of all pull request review conversations were left unresolved prior to merging. This resulted in feedback getting overlooked, and it required rework later. The Conversations tool was created to help authors and reviewers quickly locate and resolve their conversations.     As the lead designer, I was responsible for research, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and delivery.
